we’ve always been taught to not judge a book by its cover, and to never assume anything about anyone. however, i have come to firmly believe that in certain situations it is 100% okay to make assumptions about others. so much so that i have created life policies for myself regarding people to avoid that include…

  1. if a guy is wearing a necklace he is probably an asshole.
  2. if said guy is wearing multiple necklaces, he is definitely an asshole.
  3. anyone wearing an ed hardy shirt is most likely a douche bag.
  4. orange is not a natural color for a person, so orange sorority girls should be considered alien.
  5. anyone still wearing jnco jeans or an ICP shirt should never be taken seriously. and is probably hanging out in front of a circle k drinking a monster.
  6. and probably the most important – never, under any circumstance, trust a white person with dreadlocks.

this is what customer service has done to me.
